                 Employers/Exhibitors

This is an effective recruitment tool for employers. You can promote your organization and speak to potential candidates conveniently from of your own office. This reduces cost, staffing issues and extends your ability to reach more potential candidates than you could with a physical event.

There are government and community agencies participating in this event that can offer valuable information on programs and services that can help support your organization in areas such as business development, expansion, staffing and training.

If you wish to have a booth in the event, please  visit the  employer resources section to help you set up a booth and prepare for the event.

What is this?

The Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour (Employment and Continuous Learning Services Branch) has developed an online platform
to make it easy for employers, job seekers and many career support service agencies to come together in one convenient place. The Employment NB Virtual
Job Fair allows employers and job seekers to find out more about the local labour market, talk to each other about job opportunities and showcase the skills in
this province.

The online platform simulates the traditional job fairs that a person would normally have to travel to in person to attend. You can explore the event by navigating
with your mouse or touch screen and simply clicking on the information item or employer booth you wish to enter. That's it! This is easy, efficient and
enjoyable. All you need is a connection to the internet and you can participate from your home, business or portable device.

If you have any questions or concerns during your visit, there is online help just a click away.
